Software Engineer – GDE/FE Material & Substance Master Data

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our GDE/FE Material & Substance Master Data team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing master data processes using STIBO Systems STEP and integrating them with SAP S/4 environments. You will contribute to continuous improvement of master data governance and support data migration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and extend data models to meet evolving business requirements.
• Design, implement and maintain business rules within the STIBO STEP platform.
• Analyse integration scenarios and implement data flows between STIBO and SAP S/4.
• Create and test data migration scripts and provide technical support for master data issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, process teams and external service providers to ensure data quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of STIBO Systems STEP.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4 integration is a strong advantage.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
