System Administrator – IT Support (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to join our IT support team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on maintaining and improving server infrastructure, handling network operations, and ensuring system security during night‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Set up user accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server 2008/2008R2 and 2012.
• Experience with LAN/WAN networks and patch management.
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to work night‑shift (5:30 PM – 4:30 AM) four days a week.
• Graduation in any discipline.
