About the role
We are seeking a Mechanical Site Project In‑charge to lead execution activities on our power projects at Adani Taldih and NTPC Lara. The role is ideal for ex‑servicemen or retired NTPC staff with strong mechanical backgrounds who can manage on‑site teams and ensure project milestones are met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee site execution and coordinate all project activities.
- Manage teams, contractors, and client interactions.
- Monitor progress, safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
- Plan material requirements and generate regular reports.
Required profile
- Mechanical Engineering degree, diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- Ex‑servicemen from Indian Armed Forces (EME/Mechanical) or retired/ex‑NTPC employees, preferably from NTPC Lara.
- Proven experience in mechanical erection, maintenance or project execution in thermal power plants.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
