Assistant Manager – MEP Project Management

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) project management activities for residential and commercial developments in Hyderabad. The role involves assessing site suitability, ensuring compliance with HSE and local regulations, and driving energy‑efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess site suitability for construction and coordinate with architects, surveyors and service engineers.
• Design and review power distribution, plumbing and ventilation systems, ensuring alignment with LEED and green building requirements.
• Monitor installation of MEP services, conduct system tests, and certify contractor work according to contract specifications.
• Prepare plans, briefs, progress reports and manage maintenance until hand‑over.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience with established project or construction management firms.
• Proven experience on residential and commercial projects.

Required skills

• Power distribution system design.
• Plumbing and ventilation system design.
• Knowledge of LEED and green building standards.
• Understanding of HSE requirements and local authority regulations.
