Design Coordinator – Project Management (Hyderabad)

About the role

The Design Coordinator will lead the creation and management of design documentation, budgets and schedules for commercial real‑estate projects, ensuring alignment with client and tenant requirements. This role works closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams to drive design progress and value engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Establish design documents based on client/tenant feedback and requirements.
• Develop project budgets and master schedules using market studies and consultant inputs.
• Track design progress within the overall project master schedule during the design development stage.
• Conduct periodic design reviews with consultants and facilitate value‑engineering exercises.
• Review BoQs, specifications and drawings for compliance with lease/tenant guidelines and approved DBR.
• Set up and manage tracking, reporting and internal communication for procurement events.
• Prepare and monitor drawing release schedules and GFC drawing logs.
• Manage material and shop‑drawing approvals, including contractor requests and mock‑up approvals.
• Attend client/tenant meetings with the Project Manager to liaison on design requirements.

Required profile

• B.Arch or B.E. Civil with NICMAR certification and a PG in Advanced Construction Management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and Primavera.
