Site Foreman – Finishing Works

About the role

The Foreman – Finishing – Site supervises and coordinates daily finishing activities on construction sites, ensuring works such as plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, cladding and false ceiling are completed to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide finishing works including wall plastering, painting, tile and marble laying, joinery, false ceiling and façade works.
• Allocate tasks to labour teams and subcontractors, optimizing use of manpower, tools and materials.
• Interpret basic finishing drawings and verify that work follows specifications and workmanship standards.
• Monitor daily progress, report issues or delays to site engineers or project in‑charge.
• Inspect ongoing and completed areas for quality, alignment, levels and surface finishes.
• Maintain discipline, enforce safety and housekeeping practices on site.

Required profile

• First‑line supervisor capable of managing labour teams and subcontractors.
• Strong focus on safety, productivity and quality compliance.
• Able to read and interpret basic finishing drawings.
• Effective communicator who can report progress and issues to senior site staff.
