Project Director – Grade A Commercial/IT Office Building

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a landmark Grade A commercial/IT office tower in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing a high‑rise (120 m+) building with a composite steel structure from design coordination through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full project execution including planning, scheduling, cost control, quality, safety and timely delivery.
• Manage a multidisciplinary PMC team of 30+ professionals and coordinate all stakeholders such as clients, consultants, Tier‑1 contractors, MEP, façade, landscape, vertical transportation, ICT/ELV vendors and statutory authorities.
• Ensure design coordination, interface management, risk mitigation, value engineering, contract administration and commercial control.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, reporting and decision‑making.
• Guarantee compliance with statutory approvals, contractual obligations, quality standards, HSE requirements and project governance.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience delivering large‑scale commercial/IT developments.
• Proven delivery of at least one Grade A office building over 120 m with a composite steel structural system in a Project Director or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated leadership of large teams (30+ direct/indirect reports) and management of Tier‑1 contractors.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Required skills

• Project execution and planning using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration and commercial management.
• Risk management, quality assurance and HSE compliance.
• Working knowledge of BIM‑enabled digital construction management.
