Senior Supporter, ERP Warehouse Management

About the role

You will ensure Danfoss warehouses operate smoothly by supporting and stabilising SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across a global SAP landscape. Working on the One ERP and S/4HANA transformation, you will translate business needs into robust SAP solutions that improve supply‑chain reliability and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve SAP EWM incidents and problems to maintain day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with business users to capture operational requirements and design compliant SAP EWM solutions.
• Configure and optimise inbound, outbound, inventory and internal warehouse processes in SAP EWM.
• Participate in testing, UAT and post‑go‑live support for S/4HANA and One ERP initiatives.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues, promoting best practices within the global ERP community.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP EWM in a support or operational setting, covering end‑to‑end warehouse processes.
• Strong functional understanding of inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, kitting, cross‑docking and physical inventory.
• Practical exposure to Decentralised EWM, MFS/MFC, RF or Fiori‑based execution.
• Ability to analyse processes, perform fit‑gap assessments and recommend improvements using S/4HANA capabilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English and comfort working in a global, cross‑functional team.
