Software Engineer – AWS & DevOps (EBS)

About the role

Lululemon is seeking a Software Engineer to join its engineering practice, focusing on end‑to‑end development and operations for its EBS‑related services. The role sits within a full‑stack DevOps team that owns the software lifecycle, from code to production monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to all areas of development and operations from pre‑production to production.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow established engineering practices.
• Perform on‑call support and act as an escalation point for production issues.
• Monitor key metrics, report trends and ensure reliability of production systems.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to engineering automation, community of practice and production‑level system development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–8 years of software engineering experience (Engineer II level).
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced delivery environment.

Required skills

• Experience building integration and orchestration solutions on AWS.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS Lambda, Fargate, S3, Step Functions.
• Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS exposure a plus).
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js and/or PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Kafka, Kong API Management.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 ERP, Coupa or other finance systems is an asset.
