Managed Services Identity & Access Management Manager

About the role

At EY you will join a global team that delivers Managed Services for Identity and Access Management. The role combines technical expertise with client‑facing leadership to ensure high‑quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IAM support engagements and manage project KPIs, SLAs and performance reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities, drive projects to enhance operations and resolve customer pain points.
• Prioritise tickets, manage team capacity and oversee multiple projects in a shared‑resource model.
• Assist with log monitoring, alert and dashboard maintenance and train support staff.
• Set up project governance, prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly status reports to stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor, fostering a positive work environment and reviewing security internal‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IAM solution design, development and implementation, preferably with SailPoint.
• Proven leadership skills, ability to manage senior‑level client relationships and drive decision‑making.
• Experience with ITIL processes, project delivery transition and post‑production support.
• Excellent communication, analytical ability and judgment in a fast‑paced environment.
