Director - Omnichannel Technology

About the role

Partner with Dubai leadership to define and execute the Omnichannel Technology strategy, roadmap and product lifecycle. Own delivery execution across customer experience platforms, digital commerce, logistics, retail store technology and B2B enablement, ensuring resilient, high‑performing systems that power seamless luxury retail journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Omnichannel strategy into actionable delivery plans, managing resources, sequencing, dependencies and commitments.
• Lead technical delivery of CRM, loyalty, contact‑center (Genesys Cloud) and AdTech platforms, driving personalized customer journeys.
• Oversee digital commerce initiatives including checkout flows, payment gateway integrations, mobile app releases and AI‑driven search/recommendations.
• Manage logistics and supply‑chain technology such as Fluent OMS, Infor WMS and last‑mile tracking integrations.
• Direct retail store technology implementation (Oracle XStore) and footfall analytics while ensuring SAP S/4HANA compatibility.
• Govern commercial and financial models for Omnichannel delivery, optimizing capacity investments and ROI.

Required profile

• 15+ years leading technology‑driven transformations in high‑growth retail, e‑commerce or consumer digital sectors.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end e‑commerce and ERP integrations with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, WMS and SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep expertise in omnichannel technology spanning CX platforms, digital commerce, logistics, store tech and B2B enablement.
• Strong matrix‑team leadership across multi‑location, distributed teams and senior stakeholder management.
