Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a multi‑storey commercial shopping complex in Murali Nagar, Visakhapatnam. The role involves overseeing all phases of the construction project, ensuring it meets quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the project from initiation through to successful handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, adjusting as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve site‑related challenges.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
• Oversee documentation, compliance activities, and final project closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale commercial or high‑rise construction projects.
• Proven leadership, decision‑making, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
