BIM Coordinator – Construction Technology

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will lead the coordination of multidisciplinary BIM models for construction projects, ensuring model accuracy and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan. This role supports project teams throughout the lifecycle, from design through as‑built documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously update coordinated BIM models across all project phases.
• Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks and BIM 360, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs.
• Manage model creation, revisions, and coordination in line with the BEP and project requirements.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and communicate model changes to architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Integrate 4D/5D workflows where applicable and align BIM models with on‑site activities.
• Prepare and maintain as‑built models, linking relevant project documentation.
• Provide basic technical support and guidance on BIM tools and workflows.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables meet company, industry, and project standards.

Required profile

• B.Arch. or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in BIM coordination and model management.
• Proven ability to work with architects, engineers, project teams, and subcontractors.
• Experience on Indian or international BIM projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and multidisciplinary clash resolution.
