About the role
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. The role focuses on Pre‑Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Project Management Consultancy (PMC), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress against milestones.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Required profile
- Strong background in project execution, site management, and coordination.
- Experience with Pre‑Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control.
