BIM Coordinator

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, maintaining model accuracy, supporting project teams, and ensuring BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update coordinated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models, identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Manage model creation, updates, and coordination as per the BEP and project requirements.
• Conduct and support BIM coordination meetings with project teams and communicate model changes to subcontractors.
• Integrate BIM models with site activities, including 4D/5D workflows where applicable.
• Maintain as‑built models and link relevant project documentation.

Required profile

• B.Arch. or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in BIM coordination and model management.
• Hands‑on experience with multidisciplinary coordination and clash resolution.
• Ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, project teams, and subcontractors.
