Senior Product Development Executive

About the role

The Senior Product Development Executive manages the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, from local item creation and sample approval to pricing and continuous improvement. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective development methods while maintaining high accuracy across internal systems and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive smooth development of items for local supply and identify feasible, cost‑effective methods.
• Provide on‑time estimates, initiate product re‑engineering, and improve development speed using the Enterprise Lean System (ELS) approach.
• Manage counter sample approvals, RBO updates, and resolve product development queries.
• Develop new products, expand customer opportunities, and assist in product pricing.
• Own assigned accounts, coordinate with overseas hubs and internal teams, and ensure queries are resolved within stipulated timeframes.

Required profile

• Graduation in Textile and Printing background.
• Proven experience in product development, item setup, and sample management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining 99%+ accuracy in documentation.
