Process Owner – Dispensing Process

About the role

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is seeking a Process Owner for its dispensing process. The role focuses on ensuring production readiness, driving continuous improvement, and supporting new product introductions within the automotive electronics manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI and ECR.
• Coordinate design approval, line build, pre‑acceptance, installation and line release.
• Provide 2nd‑level machine downtime troubleshooting and guidance.
• Resolve internal and customer defects using 7QC tools and PDCA methodology.
• Lead process improvement initiatives such as utilization, POKAYOKE, and CIP projects.
• Manage process and customer audits, capability studies and calibration activities.
• Drive PFMEA, CP and FPY improvements and develop new processes, templates and knowledge sharing.
• Reduce cycle time and validate changes using DOE, and coordinate with development and lead plants.

Required profile

• BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die Engineering.
• Strong technical problem‑solving skills with experience in root‑cause analysis, DOE, PDCA, FMEA and process capability.
• Ability to create and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven ability to work independently, coach others and apply knowledge to complex manufacturing challenges.
