About the role
We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth on quick‑commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Slikk and Zilo. The role will own end‑to‑end marketplace management, including sales, assortment, visibility, promotions, inventory health and platform relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own revenue targets for quick‑commerce accounts and drive GMV, secondary sales, contribution margins and market‑share growth.
- Build and execute annual, quarterly and monthly Joint Business Plans with platform partners.
- Manage relationships with category managers, supply‑chain and marketing teams, negotiating commercial terms and visibility opportunities.
- Plan and optimise assortment and inventory by city/store cluster to ensure high in‑stock availability and healthy inventory turns.
- Drive platform visibility through sponsored ads, banners, search optimisation and merchandising, tracking ROAS, CAC and conversion metrics.
- Analyse performance dashboards, monitor KPIs such as GMV, fill‑rate, availability, conversion rate and ad ROAS, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, supply‑chain, finance, operations and category teams to coordinate launches, pricing updates and promotions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in e‑commerce or quick‑commerce account management and category growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth and profitability.
- Analytical mindset comfortable working with large data sets to derive insights.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
