Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Hyderabad District. You will lead and develop a team of sales representatives, set sales targets and monitor performance to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a diverse sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct sales presentations and provide guidance on financial planning and insurance/Takaful products.
• Collaborate with internal departments, prepare regular sales reports and support training initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Solid understanding of sales planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Hyderabad District and travel within the region as needed.
