Senior Business Support Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Support Analyst works within the Global Trade and Custody Management function, providing operational and administrative support to the team and broader business units. The role involves handling Business as Usual activities and contributing to projects that impact Global Portfolio Services.

Key responsibilities

• Support custody onboarding, including transitions, account setup, and new market openings.
• Manage global custodian relationships and coordinate service review meetings.
• Assist the EMEA Securities Lending Program with reporting, exception analysis, and resolution.
• Participate in projects across investment centers worldwide.
• Maintain data such as Settlement Instructions on the DTCC Alert application.
• Update policy and governance documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.
• Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Business Support Lead and leadership team.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to develop deep understanding of regulatory and product requirements.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and automation.
