Associate Strategist

About the role

Moody's is looking for an Associate Strategist to support the Banking Commercial Strategy team. You will work on pricing, customer, and portfolio analytics that drive strategic decisions for Moody's Banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer and market analytics, deal‑desk support models, and ARR/retention dashboards.
• Develop forecasting models, segmentation analysis, and portfolio‑level insights to inform strategic initiatives.
• Support execution monitoring, process governance, and coordination with senior strategists.
• Maintain and evolve data models and automation/AI‑enabled workflows for faster, more accurate analysis.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, customer analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, or SQL.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce for reporting and dashboard creation.
