Senior Associate Business Analyst – Capital Markets (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate Business Analyst to join its Advisory practice in Mumbai. The role focuses on the capital markets domain, supporting front‑office trading, order management, compliance, derivatives and the full trade lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, document and analyse business requirements for Order Management System (OMS) and Execution Management System (EMS) implementations.
• Collaborate with Global Capability Centers of major financial institutions on trading operations and derivatives processing projects.
• Support the design and optimisation of front‑office technology programmes, including order generation, execution and settlement processes.
• Work closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, optimise operations and deliver strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience working within or alongside GCCs of large financial institutions.
• Background in capital markets, trading operations or front‑office technology implementations.
• Strong analytical and consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
