Senior Associate Business Analyst – Capital Markets

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate Business Analyst to join its Advisory practice focused on capital markets. The role will support front‑office trading, order management, compliance, derivatives and trade‑life‑cycle initiatives for leading global custodians, asset servicers and asset managers.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, document and analyse business requirements for Order Management System (OMS) and Execution Management System (EMS) implementations.
• Collaborate with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) of major financial institutions on trading operations and derivatives processing projects.
• Support the design and delivery of front‑office technology programmes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Work closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, optimise operations and enhance overall business performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience working within or alongside GCCs of major financial institutions.
• Background in capital markets, front‑office trading, order management or derivatives processing.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills for complex financial technology projects.
• Senior‑associate level experience in advisory or consulting environments.
