Associate Regulatory Reporting – FS Internal Audit – Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate in Regulatory Reporting within the Financial Services Internal Audit Advisory team in Mumbai. The role supports clients in meeting regulatory requirements, preparing financial statements, and implementing audit solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory reports under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Produce balance‑sheet product reports covering derivatives, collaterals, and secured financing (repo/reverse repo) and fair‑value measurement.
• Generate EU regulatory reports such as FINREP, COREP and Basel III‑based submissions.
• Compile US regulatory filings including Firm Holding FRY9C and FFIEC 031.
• Analyse data flows, perform reconciliations and support reporting architecture design.
• Collaborate with audit, risk and technology teams to deliver end‑to‑end internal audit services.

Required profile

• Understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Good knowledge of balance‑sheet products and related reporting.
• Familiarity with EU and US regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Ability to work with data flows, reconciliations and reporting architecture.
• Strong analytical mindset and a degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
