Senior 3D Generalist – Immediate Joiner

About the role

Stag Elevator LLP is seeking a Senior 3D Generalist to lead end‑to‑end 3D production for luxury elevator visualisations. The role involves creating photorealistic models, animations and real‑time experiences using Blender and Unreal Engine, and delivering high‑quality assets for marketing, product launches and exhibitions.

Key responsibilities

• Model highly detailed 3D elevators, interiors, mechanical components and environments from engineering drawings and CAD files.
• Develop photorealistic materials, textures and finishes and set up studio‑quality lighting.
• Create cinematic product animations, camera moves and dynamic walkthroughs for promotional videos.
• Import and optimise assets in Unreal Engine for real‑time visualisation and high‑quality rendering.
• Rig and animate characters when required to demonstrate user interaction with elevators.
• Utilise AI tools and prompt engineering for concept visualisation, environment generation and workflow efficiency.
• Perform compositing, colour correction and deliver final production‑ready assets.
• Own project timelines, maintain quality standards and ensure delivery within strict deadlines.

Required profile

• 6 + years of professional experience in 3D visualisation and animation.
• Based in Bangalore and able to work onsite full‑time.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Ability to manage the complete 3D pipeline independently.
