Fashion Designer Intern (PwD only)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Fashion Designer Intern to join our menswear knitwear team in Bengaluru. The role is open exclusively to people with disability and offers a six‑month internship where you will contribute to seasonal collections while learning from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal menswear knitwear collections aligned with brand vision and commercial goals.
• Create flat sketches, tech packs, and CADs using Adobe Illustrator.
• Research and source knit fabrics and trims, focusing on quality and performance.
• Collaborate with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams throughout product development.
• Analyze competitor brands and benchmark premium menswear assortments.
• Participate in fittings, providing technical input on construction, fit, and finishing.
• Monitor global and local fashion trends, runway shows, streetwear, and cultural shifts.
• Maintain design archives and document all development stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail, proportion, and colour.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

What we offer

• Stipend ranging from 40,000 to 50,000 INR per month.
• Six‑month internship duration.
