Salesperson – Field Sales

About the role

ALSTOMERIA is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its Bhadrak team. You will be the front‑line representative, responsible for generating new business, showcasing our products, and closing deals to drive market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers in the local area.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present service offerings.
• Visit clients, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships, handling inquiries and after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the expansion of the local market by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability in direct sales, lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Basic proficiency with productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales‑tracking software.
• Excellent organization and time‑management to handle multiple customers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work on‑site in Bhadrak.
• Prior field‑sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
