Junior Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Field Sales Executive to join our team in the interior and building materials sector. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, presenting PVC Designer Wall & Ceiling Panels, and driving sales within an assigned local area.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B and B2C customers.
• Visit customers, understand their requirements and present our PVC Designer Wall & Ceiling Panels.
• Generate leads through market visits, calls, referrals and networking.
• Prepare quotations, share product information and follow up to convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain records of visits, leads and follow‑ups, and coordinate with the office team for order processing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of sales experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Good communication, convincing and customer‑handling abilities.
• Positive, confident personality with basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned local area; valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
• Experience with PVC products, interior finishes or building materials is an advantage.
