Liabilities Sales Officer – Banking (Mithapur)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive the bank's liabilities sales in Mithapur, focusing on expanding core product uptake and acquiring new customers. The role involves proactive outreach, client relationship deepening, and field marketing activities across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Boost sales of core banking products such as checking, savings accounts and term deposits.
• Identify and engage potential customers for life and general insurance, credit cards and other bank services.
• Deepen existing client relationships by promoting additional bank services, especially for inactive accounts.
• Conduct field marketing activities that require travel to different locales using varied strategies to attract new clientele.
• Record all customer interactions diligently in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive tracking.
• Strictly adhere to the bank's selling rules and marketing guidelines to maintain ethical and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in any stream; freshers or candidates with 1‑3 years of liability sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Energetic and motivated attitude suitable for a sales-driven environment.
