Style Associate – Retail Jewelry

About the role

The Style Associate is the face of the brand in KOMPALLI stores, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting sales targets. This role combines customer service, product knowledge and store operations to ensure a smooth and inviting retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer preferences, recommend suitable jewellery pieces and handle queries, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of product categories, communicate value, stay updated on collections and promotions, and help achieve store sales targets.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and maintain cleanliness and security standards.
• Adapt to varied shift timings, be open to intra‑cluster transfers, and exhibit punctuality and flexibility for additional responsibilities.
• Collaborate with team members, support theft‑prevention protocols and follow all company SOPs.

Required profile

• Graduate / HSC / SSC qualification with up to 2 years retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a quick learning ability.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
