About the role
The Sales Manager will lead daily sales activities in Electronic City, Bangalore, driving revenue while ensuring high standards of customer service. This position reports to the Business Manager and is responsible for meeting targets across multiple sales channels.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by the Business Manager.
- Maintain grooming and presentation standards according to the SOP Manual.
- Handle enquiries via walk‑ins, phone, email, city PSA and travel agents.
- Provide customers with complete product and pricing information.
- Build and service relationships with city PSA and travel agents.
- Maintain query turnaround time and follow up with telesales calls.
- Coordinate post‑sale processes with the service team.
- Maintain daily sales reports and a database of enquiries for future follow‑ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels of at least 95% throughout interactions.
- Prevent monetary losses by managing cancellations, timely collections and due diligence.
- Comply with audit requirements, system processes and risk‑mitigation policies.
- Address customer escalations promptly and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales strategies.
