Sales Development Representative – India

About the role

We are seeking a driven and data‑oriented Sales Development Representative to join our Bengaluru team and support our US sales organization. In this high‑impact, target‑driven role you will research prospects, engage them through digital channels, and build a qualified pipeline for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Research US customers and decision‑makers, using data to identify and prioritize relevant prospects.
• Engage prospects through cold email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels with clear, personalized outreach.
• Understand prospect needs, communicate product value, and identify qualified opportunities.
• Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Manage prospect follow‑ups and maintain accurate records in sales systems.
• Collaborate directly with US‑based Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
• Meet defined outreach, qualified meeting, and pipeline targets.
• Continuously learn about our products, customers, and sales process.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong cold‑emailing ability.
• Ability to work with data, conduct research, and pay close attention to detail.
• Proactive, persistent, and organized approach to prospecting and follow‑ups.
• Quick learner who can grasp new products and clearly convey their value.
• Strong interest in sales and business development, comfortable working US business hours.

Required skills

• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools and experience working with US customers or teams.
• Exposure to healthcare, health‑tech, RCM, or SaaS is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
