Sales Strategy Head

About the role

GILAC, a holding company of the Godrej Group, is hiring a Sales Strategy Head for its real estate business, Godrej Properties Limited, based in Bengaluru. The role covers sales and marketing performance, pricing and revenue optimisation, go-to-market strategy and process digitisation, with a focus on business expansion and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Increase revenue through business development by identifying new opportunities, partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product offerings to ensure successful launches and strong market penetration.
• Lead pricing strategy and revenue optimisation initiatives to maximise profitability and maintain competitiveness.
• Prepare value propositions and develop MARCOM strategies to strengthen product positioning and brand communication.
• Drive operational efficiencies through continuous improvement of processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects and business objectives on time.
• Drive digitisation of processes and systems to support scalability and future growth.

Required profile

• 10-12 years of work experience.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience developing and implementing processes and SOPs to drive operational efficiency.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Understanding of marketing intelligence, market trends and competitive analysis.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Target-driven mindset and ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
