Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer will ensure the smooth operation of facility and production equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical and automation systems. You will work closely with vendors, internal teams and agency staff to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly technical checks according to the PPM schedule.
• Respond to trouble tickets (TT) for corrective maintenance, service and repair work.
• Coordinate warranty and AMC activities with external vendors.
• Monitor energy consumption and maintain diesel generators (DG).
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, power distribution, lighting, transformers and wiring.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams and control components such as photo‑eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives and encoders.
• Carry out minor civil, plumbing and refurbishment tasks, fire alarm checks, and regular electrical work requiring height or hot‑work permits.
• Manage soft‑service activities (pest control, housekeeping, waste disposal) and oversee agency staff shifts.
• Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases and root‑cause analysis, and keep tools inventory up to date.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, electronics or instrumentation & controls.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on maintenance experience with conveyors, automation or control systems.
