Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Process Expert (Grinding Technology)

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager to act as a Process Expert in Grinding Technology at its Jaipur Powertrain Solutions plant. The role focuses on developing, improving and supporting manufacturing processes for diesel fuel injection components.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create and optimise new processes or improve existing ones to increase operational excellence.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for trials, evaluations and process releases, and support technology upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from MAE enquiry to final release, ensuring acceptance criteria are met and supporting productionisation for key KPIs.
• Drive competence development in grinding technology through interaction with CoC leaders, OEMs, exhibitions, seminars and industry experts.
• Provide process support and Industry 4.0 troubleshooting to ensure business continuity and implement improvement projects.

Required profile

• Engineering background with experience in process development and grinding technology.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage technology upgrade projects.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with OEMs, industry experts and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to lead competence development initiatives and support series production releases.
