Regional Sales Manager – North India

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the North India market, owning revenue, profitability and channel partner performance. You will be responsible for delivering the Annual Operating Plan, expanding market share and coaching a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Annual Operating Plan for North India, driving sustainable top‑line growth through existing distributors and new business generation.
• Manage profitability by optimizing pricing, product mix and commercial discipline while ensuring timely collections.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, printers, converters and key decision‑makers, and lead negotiations with major customers.
• Identify market expansion opportunities, new applications and innovation‑led growth.
• Develop, coach and evaluate the regional sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or MBA (preferred) with 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in labels, packaging, printing or related industries.
• Proven track record managing distributors/channel partners and leading sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of the packaging or related B2B sector.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Experience using structured selling techniques such as SPIN Selling.
