Area Sales Manager – Performance Tapes (North India)

About the role

Avery Dennison is looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead the Performance Tapes business in North India. The position will be responsible for increasing revenue, managing key accounts and channels, and supporting new product introductions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing and executing territory and account strategies, providing product recommendations, quotes, and value‑selling support.
• Conduct territory planning, SWOT analysis, and forecasting; prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for management.
• Manage channel partners, negotiate distribution agreements, and drive channel marketing programs.
• Promote and launch new product lines in coordination with internal and external partners.
• Maintain customer profiles, supply agreements, and ensure optimal product positioning within target accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree in Chemical; Masters in Business preferred.
• 5‑8 years of techno‑commercial or industrial consumables sales experience, preferably in automotive, tapes or electronics sectors.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
