Quantity Surveyor – Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Quantity Surveyor to join our team in North Goa. You will support cost planning and financial control for high‑end luxury home projects, working closely with project managers, site engineers and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform quantity take‑offs for residential construction.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures and produce regular cost reports.
• Validate contractor and vendor invoices and assist in tender evaluation.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting and cost planning throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with on‑site teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with BOQ preparation and quantity take‑offs for residential projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods and Goa’s local building regulations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional on‑site teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with quantity surveying or estimation software.
