Site Supervisor – Construction & Interior Projects

About the role

This full-time, on-site position is based in North Goa and is responsible for supervising daily construction activities on luxury interior and building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors, vendors and site workers to ensure work follows drawings, specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor material usage, quality and project timelines, reporting progress, issues and risks to management.
• Conduct regular site inspections, maintain accurate documentation and resolve day-to-day construction challenges.
• Support delivery of high-end interior and construction projects to required quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising interior or construction sites, managing multiple trades and daily site activities.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, quality standards and basic site safety practices.
• Clear communication with project managers, architects, designers, vendors and site teams, with accurate record-keeping.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Construction or a related field; certifications in site management or safety are a plus.
• Prior experience on luxury or high-finish residential/commercial projects is preferred.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in North Goa and follow company processes and quality expectations.
