Civil Engineer – Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

Sauvage Homes is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its team in North Goa. You will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of high‑end residential projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil engineering designs, site plans, grading, and drainage layouts.
• Develop stormwater management and site‑infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct on‑site inspections, coordinate with contractors, and monitor construction progress.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Assist with project scheduling, cost estimating, and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in residential or luxury property development.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and permitting processes in Goa.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in North Goa.
