Senior Lead – Design

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Lead – Design to head architectural design initiatives for luxury villas, resorts and hotel projects in Goa. The role combines high-level design expertise with coordination across multiple engineering disciplines to deliver sustainable, high-quality built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review detailed architectural engineering drawings for luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Coordinate with MEP, landscape, structural and sustainability teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Lead design management activities, including project scheduling, documentation and client liaison.
• Oversee design coordination and quality control across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) qualification.
• Proven experience with luxury villas, resorts or hotel projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
