Python Full Stack Developer

About the role

Capco is seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Python, Azure Databricks, DevOps, React.js, FastAPI, and Redux. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and data‑driven solutions on Azure cloud platforms, working closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Python, FastAPI, React.js, and Redux.
• Build and optimise RESTful APIs and micro‑services with FastAPI.
• Create responsive, reusable UI components with React.js and Redux.
• Design and implement data processing pipelines on Azure Databricks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure services.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise reliability.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
