AI & Analytics Specialist

About the role

The AI & Analytics Specialist helps an organization turn data into business value by leveraging analytics, artificial intelligence, and data‑driven decision making. The role bridges business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring that data, AI solutions, and insights support strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business data, develop dashboards and reports, and maintain semantic models on Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents, automations, and predictive analytics solutions, while evaluating emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with governance standards, promoting responsible AI practices.
• Automate reporting, workflows, and decision‑support processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Strategic and innovative thinking in AI use.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, data warehouse and data analytics solutions.
• Experience with AI and reporting platform ecosystems such as Azure AI, OpenAI, Databricks and Power BI.
• Power BI development experience of 5 + years and AI‑agent development experience of 1 + year.
• Familiarity with ERP integration patterns and ERP harmonisation programmes.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
