Configuration Analyst I – RCMS (Night Shift)

Qualifacts is a leading provider of behavioral health software and SaaS solutions, supporting clinical productivity, compliance, billing and business intelligence across the United States and beyond. The company operates three platforms – CareLogic®, Credible™ and InSync® – serving more than 2,500 customers and 75,000 providers. This onsite, night‑shift position in Vadodara focuses on configuring and maintaining EDI clearinghouse integrations for multiple EHR and RCMS service customers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, enroll, and maintain EDI clearinghouse integrations for various EHR and RCMS customers.
• Collaborate with the Configuration team and Account Managers to manage access, enrollment, mapping and transition of EDI connections.
• Handle routine, low‑scope problems using defined procedures and contribute to analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate configuration updates and process improvements with team members.
• Close QCC Salesforce tickets within defined turnaround times, ensuring compliance with process standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience with EHR applications, preferably in medical or behavioral health billing.
• Basic understanding of at least one Qualifacts software platform and foundational knowledge of clearinghouse EDI workflows.
