Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives that drive business transformation, improve customer experience, and enhance operational effectiveness. This role works across functions to deliver end‑to‑end projects and go‑to‑market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution, including requirement gathering, business case development, change requests, functional specification sign‑offs, user acceptance testing coordination and implementation.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement initiatives that enhance persistency, customer experience, operational effectiveness and overall business outcomes.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market activities for new initiatives, managing stakeholder communication, training programmes, webinars, rollout plans and adoption tracking.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve renewal experience, Net Promoter Score and retention through targeted initiatives.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking and strategic assessments to uncover opportunities and recommend actions for business improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and drive change.
