Senior Growth & Monetisation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Growth & Monetisation Manager to shape and execute the strategic roadmap for our digital financial services portfolio. You will partner with product, data, and marketing teams to drive user acquisition, optimise revenue streams, and expand cross‑sell opportunities across multiple financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly strategy planning, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps and board‑level presentations.
• Design, test and scale growth levers across organic, paid, referral and partnership channels, defining experiments, metrics and feedback loops.
• Own growth dashboards and KPI frameworks, tracking CAC, activation, D30/D90 retention and funnel performance.
• Develop monetisation frameworks, pricing strategies and premium tiers; build detailed P&L and unit‑economics models.
• Design and execute cross‑sell programmes, leveraging segmentation, behavioural data and propensity models to increase share‑of‑wallet.
• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, synthesize market intelligence and feed insights into product roadmaps.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting or a high‑growth fintech/BFSI environment.
• Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of producing board‑ready presentations.
• Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems independently.
• Experience in digital lending, wealth management, insurance or payments, and familiarity with CRM and lifecycle marketing.
