Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to support our growing Marketing Department across content, campaigns, creative production, and marketing operations. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in branding, social media, project coordination and AI‑assisted marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit marketing materials in Canva, including social media posts, presentations, one‑pagers and landing‑page assets.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches and internal marketing activities.
• Organise and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring consistent naming and easy retrieval.
• Update project progress in tracking tools and follow up on timelines.
• Conduct research on competitors, industry trends and product information.
• Proofread and format marketing content before publication.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Canva AI to accelerate research, content creation and documentation.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Curious about AI tools and eager to adopt new technologies.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
