Corporate Communications & Social Media Specialist

About the role

University Living is seeking a Corporate Communications & Social Media Specialist to lead internal and external brand messaging, develop B2B content, and manage the LinkedIn presence of the company and its founder.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate and brand communications, including internal/inter‑departmental communication and communication collaterals.
• Develop B2B content and creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, campaigns, partnerships, events, and business initiatives.
• Manage the company’s and Founder’s LinkedIn presence, including content strategy, narratives, posts, and personal branding.
• Create and design PPTs, brochures, standees, event creatives, presentations, and other communication collateral.
• Support external communications initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Work closely with leadership, BD, Partnerships, and other teams to translate business objectives into effective communication.
• Leverage AI and other content/design tools to improve the speed and quality of content creation.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Brand Communications, Content, Social Media or a similar role.
• Strong writing and communication skills with an understanding of B2B communication and personal branding.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.

Required skills

• Good design skills and hands‑on experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and other creative tools.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and social media content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content, design, research, and productivity (a plus).
