Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

EGOT Technologies is seeking a hands‑on Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to own LinkedIn growth, paid campaigns, e‑commerce acquisition and conversion performance. You will plan, execute, analyse and continuously optimise campaigns across the funnel to drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies for company and leadership profiles, including content planning, audience research and performance optimisation.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads, handling audience segmentation, retargeting, creative testing and budget allocation.
• Drive qualified traffic to e‑commerce sites, analyse the purchase journey, improve product and checkout pages, and run campaigns around launches, offers and seasonal opportunities.
• Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Analytics to track performance, conduct A/B tests, produce regular reports and turn data into actionable improvements.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of hands‑on experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and a strong understanding of LinkedIn organic growth.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce acquisition funnels and conversion rate optimisation.
• Proven ability to report on campaign performance, analyse KPIs and iterate based on data.
• Strong copywriting, creative testing and analytical skills.
