Performance Marketing Executive – Freshers (Lucknow)

About the role

Aduclick is expanding its Performance Marketing team in Lucknow and is looking for 10 fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience. The role offers hands‑on exposure to live advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, with a focus on lead generation, sales, and conversion objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Run lead‑generation, sales, traffic and conversion campaigns, monitoring metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Research audiences, build targeting strategies and test creatives, placements and campaign structures.
• Assist with budget allocation, campaign scaling and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
• Work with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience.
• Completed Google Ads and Meta Ads (Meta Blueprint) certifications or professional training.
• Basic understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Comfortable working with numbers and campaign data; basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
• Currently residing in Lucknow and able to work full‑time onsite.
• Committed to a long‑term career in performance marketing and media buying.
